These began as pattern drawings for cut glass collage, digitally drawn because it was the fastest way to formulate the pattern and then reverse the image because the glass collage pieces are built upside down - so they’re backwards when you cut the glass and make them. All are roughly 9x12”. Then I started to like the patterns as much as the finished works. So, I’m posting these while I continue cutting the glass. The patterns are my versions of human time. I’m going deep into a rat-hole about time, how we remember time, the physics of time and can tell you the more you investigate the more abstract and unreal time really is. Jan, 2023
