Transparent Data, fused glass and hand-forged hardware on two walls, 10 ft x 45 ft. Every year the senior engineering class work in teams to produce and compete in the annual engineering project fair. Using text analysis of student engineering projects for everything from space cameras to bio-engineered medical devices. The descriptions hold much insight into the makeup of that team, analyzed using James Pennebaker’s LIWC software tools. Second wall holds insight into historical graduating class data for past 100 years, at the Zachry Engineering Complex at Texas A&M University. Fabrication by Judson Studios, 2018.
